So I got the loan and bought the technological equipment and hired the help and bought the materials.  This is how I have ended up bancarrota.  I went back to my bank and asked them what they discovered about the German company, and they came back with a clean bill of health.  The following week the Germans came to visit me.  They flew in and I even picked them up at the airport.  We toured the plant and they talked to the floor managers and other operations staff.  They seemed quite happy.  So we went out to dinner that night.  The next morning we would be traveling downstate to see some materials suppliers.  Those guys were hard partiers too.  Up until all hours.  Finally I left them at a local place and went home.  It was 2am and I had to be in at 6am.  I laid down and no sooner than I did that than  my alarm was going off.  Fortunately, I didn't have much to drink, so I felt fine.  The next morning at 8am the Germans marched in the door, and they looked quite refreshed.  How they can be I don't know.  We left after some coffee and tea, and it took about 3 hours to get downstate.
